Oral Hygiene Made Easy

December 17th, 2014

Tired of performing your own hygiene? Did you watch that Planet Earth episode where the giant sunfish visits a marine cleaning station and burn with envy? Me too! Now I have a solution: get birds to do it.

What #4 is out!

November 10th, 2014

The title says it all! This latest comics zine features some of my work that’s been posted here over the past few months, and the first section of my upcoming memoir comic, Surly Bonds, detailing a flying trip I took back when I was a pilot. I’m really happy with this edition of What and really feel that it’s my strongest and slickest work yet.

Along with What #4, my good friend, writer and musician Stephen Trothen and I have finished our long-delayed comic Mute Swan/ Trumpeter Swan. HERE is a link to buy it~

I’ll have both comics with me at this year’s Expozine zine fair in Montreal, along with older issues of What, my 2013 book Midcourse, and Idiot Planet, my 24-hour comic from 2010. More info at this image right below:

Syldavia’s disastrous moon shot led to a more accountable and cautious ESA decades later.

Remake of a crappy older version from 2009. Apologies to Hergé.

Old and New

Here’s one of my favourite oldies, from my ongoing Heroes of Wikipedia series of linocut prints:

And now for the new: I’m working on a series of short comics with writer, sculptor, musician and all-around super guy Mark Prier. It’s in the early stages, but here’s some sample art.

This one was originally shown in What #2

This is from What #1, and is the reason I can not have children.
